‘Prayas Welfare Foundation’ is a Kanpur based and leading environment NGO of India. PWF was founded in 2019 and is run by a group of young and passionate humanitarians.
We believe in ACTION by doing as much as we can to preserve our environment and society. Sitting idly, complaining, blaming the system, societies, or commenting on internet forums are THINGS WE DO NOT DO.
Our primary objectives have always been to leave the world better than we found it.
We work with individuals, corporate houses, educational or non-educational institutions, social groups and communities, NGOs, social entrepreneurs or just about anyone who is interested in bringing a positive change in the society and the environment.
At the time of when global warming and gap between riches and poor was widely recognized as the alarming issue of our era, PWF came into being, to empower the global citizens, to protect our planet. PWF has evolved into an organization of strength that nurtures the environment and deprived society by various programs designed for the same.
Our projects directly empower people to work by providing them with sustainable income opportunities.
